2.) Oct 2018 Stock Market - China Trade War - Bad News - Stock drop
3.) 2018-2019 Stock Market Rebounds 22% or so
4.) Covid 19- DROPS!
5.) Unemployment SKYROCKETS - nothing happens in stock market?!

What to do?? 3 Things.
1.) CASH!!!!!
Prepare for WAR.
1.) CASH /// Keep CASH Checking - Savings. FDIC insured…
2.) Real Estate
Different types: a) Syndicate Investing 100k - build up - refinance - get Money Back - plus interest . (ie 100k initial investment - build up - refinance - get initial back plus interest - still have equity in - collect rental checks)
b) Other properties - Refi - Shorehouse - PMI out. Great rate. Lowered monthly by $500
c) Other property 50% up so refinanced cash out refi. Fixed up 3rd apartment, can rent out for $1000.
Few other properties - appreciation and lower debt. Take advantage of the low rates and real estate still being at an all time high!
d) New Aquisitions: Be MUCH more greedy with deals. Make money off the deal. Lot of people because of virus and because of stocks going down for peoples down payments - to start writing offers. Go shopping.
Lot of investors: Shell Shocked.

3.) STOCKS
Slightly Red Days buy - small positions. Entry level.
I know not supposed to time market - but there are indicators.
Not supposed to buy on way down - ideal is hit bottom and buy on way up.
For instance lot of stocks doubled since last week. So had huge run up. 3 straight days last week. Might wait to see for slight pull back first or second week of April when more bad news somes out. 3.3 MILLION UNEMPLOYMENT applications happened but market was EXPECTING it so nothing happened. Market built on good and bad news that is UNFORSEEN. So be patient.
